MARKETING COORDINATOR

We have an excellent opportunity for an energetic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our Marketing department. This position will work with the Product Manager on the facilitation of all day-to-day functions necessary to support sales and marketing objectives for both domestic and international product lines in a business-to-business environment. Additional duties include assisting with the planning and development for both domestic and international advertising, providing support and backup for the entire Marketing department, and interacting extensively with most cross-functional areas at Bell.

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a business curriculum (marketing preferred) with previous marketing experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Interest in product marketing, a high degree of adaptability, strong organizational and communication skills, and a high attention to detail required.

MILL OPERATOR

To formulate specific products following blending and mixing instructions on batch sheets while ensuring accuracy of ingredients. Monitor and maintain mill and hoppers during the production process.

1 - 2 years manufacturing experience and the ability to lift 50 - 100 pounds are required.

Third Shift
Sunday-Thursday

PACKER

The responsibilities include packing products according to guidelines and procedures, and ensuring product quality. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to maintain speed in picking of parts is required. Basic math skills are required. Flexibility, initiative and teamwork are required. Must be able to follow directions exactly, and be flexible in daily duties. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours is required. Some manufacturing experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with routine work, have high standards of correctness and accuracy, and work best in an environment that offers positive direction and structure.

Shift availability varies based upon business needs.
